nuxeo-operation-button should be able to report bulk status

      Description

      We should be able to expose a way to report status on a pending bulk action. This should work even when the nuxeo-operation-button is not attached to the DOM. The element will issue status updates including: 1) progress data, 2) errors, 3) completion/resolution, via notifications. While the operation is in progress, notifications displaying progress will show a custom action to abort the execution.
