Make nuxeo-operation-button accept a view as input

We need to make nuxeo-operation-button capable of accepting a view (element extending the nuxeo-page-provider-display-behavior) as input, which contains the selected items, the page provider information, whether select all is being used or not, and later will also contain the unselected items.

The nuxeo-operation-button needs to be able to use this input do determine whether to use the BAF or not. This logics will most likely reside on the nuxeo-operation element (see here), which will seamlessly alternate between calling an operation as is (normal mode) or using the Bulk.RunAction operation and the using the automation action (bulk mode).
