Mockup clipboard improvement

NOTE Since this will be a backported change, we'll need to keep the same layout for now. Mockups: Option C //

Rebrand clipboard to be a Worklist.

This should include:

• Remove actions (copy and paste)
• Add slot with default action:
  • download, copy/move (any other that might make sense)

Th goal is this client side list not to be directly linked to Copy/Move, but to a quick list that users can use to other actions.

Mockup with:

• Exactly same drawer list
• with slot with action (top or bottom or any other way that might be better)
