Nuxeo Cloud Console UI - improve the actions/requests UX

creating this ticket to begin working with the design team on improving the UX of the cloud console before we begin sharing it with customers. 

This ticket is meant to track the following type of effort:

• improve the look and feel of existing screens focused on customers requesting information or action to be taken for a given environment 
• we have some screens already created
• this ticket will likely include some additional discovery effort to review what types of actions we want a customer to take and how that interaction via the UX should take place. Some examples of actions are below: 

Actions

• Schedule or request a deployment
• Schedule or request a config change
• View/sort/filter analytics information
• receive notifications of an issue with one of the environments
