Nuxeo Cloud Console UI - improve the appearance of existing screens

creating this ticket to begin working with the design team on improving the UX of the cloud console before we begin sharing it with customers. 

This ticket is meant to track the following type of effort:

• improve the look and feel of existing summary level screens showing customers information regarding their cloud instances
• we have some screens already created
• this ticket is meant to improve how we display existing fields and not as a way to improve actions taken by the customer in the console to either request information from the cloud team or take action on an environment.
