Mockup for CSV export configuration

Create mockup for CSV export field configuration.
This UI will allow the user to configure what fields are needed to export.
The configuration is done:

• initial using the default columns from the data table with the visible columns selected.
• more advance field selection with a suggestor and the complete list of schemas properties
• a check to fully dump all fields for each document
