Fix suggestions not disappearing when the field text is erased

When I add text to a field and a suggestion appears, if I remove the text, the suggestion should also disappear since it doesn't make sense to be there.

How to reproduce

• go to web ui
• in a field that is configured to have suggestions type until a suggestion appears but don't select it
• erase the field
• the suggestion is still there(error)
