      AC

      When

      • a document is under retention and / or under legal hold
      • AND a single or a multi valued property is configured to be retained (e.g., customschema:property)
      • AND this property is shown in the document edit layout using the nuxeo-dropzone widget

      Then:

      • As an administrator in Web UI, I can NOT replace the corresponding file(s) as the action is not available
      • As an administrator in Web UI, I can NOT remove the corresponding file(s) as the action is not available
      • As an administrator in Web UI, I can NOT add another file as the action is not available

      This behavior is applicable to:

      • default properties configured to be retainable
      • custom properties configured to be retainable using studio

      Note:
Checking for these AC requires studio configuration to be produced, it is not available by default
