Distinguish view vs download in document view activity tab

As a manager, I want to quickly check what other users have been doing or not so that I can take action.

When viewing a document, the activity tab displays:

• "[user] viewed the document" when a preview is shown for the main file
• "[user] viewed the document" whenever the preview is updated (e.g., after editing the document)
• "[user] viewed the document" when a file is replaced and a new preview is shown for the main file
• "[user] viewed the document" when the preview UI action is used if this triggers a call to the server. If no call is sent to the server, there is nothing to display because no audit entry will be added.
• "[user] downloaded the document" when the main file is downloaded through the UI download action
• Rendition downloads are regrouped with the "[user] downloaded the document" entry
• Attachment previews are regrouped with the "[user] viewed the document" entry
• Attachment downloads are regrouped with the "[user] downloaded the document" entry
• Storyboard downloads (videos) are regrouped with the "[user] viewed the document" entry
• "Download" when a conversion (videos) is downloaded from the UI
