Translate Parameter types in Templates configuration screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. set the language of your browser to French
2. navigate to Default Domain > Templates
3. create a File Template
4. after creation, go to the tab Template Configuration
5. Observe that the parameter types in the dropdown menu are not translated whereas they are translated in the table which list the configured parameters.This is visible in the 2 attached screenshots

Expected behavior:
the value should be translated in the dropdown menu.
