Fix the edition of a comment containing non-alpha-numeric characters

When a comment is edited, the element encodes the non-alpha-numeric characters.

How to reproduce:

• navigate to a document
• add the following comment: "Hello"
• edit the comment

Expected result: the edition element displays "Hello"
Actual result: the *edition element displays "Hello"
