Make nuxeo-user-tag accessible

To make nuxeo-user-tag accessible we should hide from AT's the first capital letters that represent the first and last the last name, otherwise, screen readers will read those capital letters with an emphasis. In this case we should add aria-hidden="true" to that specific div.
