Fix keyboard up and down arrows resetting options in Trash path suggestion

In a Path suggestion element in Trash search using the keyboard up and down is resetting options for the path.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open trash search
2. Go to the Path element
3. Choose option after /
4. Use the keyboard up and down arrow keys.

Actual result:
Selecting options using arrow keys is resetting the Path

Expected result:
Selecting options using keyboard up/down arrows shouldn’t reset the Path

Reproducible on nightly-2019. Do not see the issue on nightly-2021. Video attached.
