Fix nuxeo-document-viewer's dropzone show condition

      Description

      The nuxeo-document-viewer shows the nuxeo-dropzone, bound to file:content, even if the document doesn't have this property, i.e., does not have the file schema, which means that if someone drops something there, nothing will happen. To fix this, we can change the _isDropzoneAvailable to check if the schema, or the property, are present in the document.
