Refactor duplicated method _fetchSchemas in nuxeo-diff

      Description

      Currently nuxeo-diff has already a method to fetch schemas and cache them. Since we will also be using this strategy in nuxeo-edit-documents-button we should extract this logic into a helper that can used by these two components and keep the code DRY.
