File doesn't appear at first try when using the dropzone in a bulk edit form

Using FF v94
Using bchauvin-SANDBOX-12.0.16 (attached)

Configure a custom bulk edit form in Studio that makes use of a dropzone
Deploy
Open the bulk edit form
Upload a file in the dropzone

The file doesn't appear as uploaded on the first try
Expected: file should appear as uploaded at first try

If you save, bulk edit is performed and the file is correctly updated in the documents => this is only a visual issue
If you upload the file again in the form, the file appears correctly
