Fix alignment & style defects in nuxeo-picture-formats and nuxeo-video-conversions

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the View layout of a Video document with 2+ conversions and observe the metadata alignment & Download icon color in its nuxeo-video-conversions element.
2. Navigate to the View layout of a Picture document with 2+ conversions and observe the metadata alignment & Download icon color in its nuxeo-picture-formats element.

Expected Result:
Download links have the same color, metadata in each table column is left-aligned (even).

Actual Result:
Download icons have different colors, metadata in each table column is center-aligned (uneven).
