Make dragging an image in the preview usable with keyboard only.

Location of the element: Image, in the main content.

Additional details: We can drag and align the image in the image area with the mouse. But this functionality is not accessible with the keyboard. We can drag and keep the image anywhere in the image area with the mouse.
Recommendation to fix
RULE :
Functionality MUST be available using the keyboard, unless the functionality cannot be accomplished in any known way using a keyboard.

HOW TO FIX:
Fix this issue by ensuring the component can be used by the keyboard OR by providing a conformant alternate functionality method for the action
