Fix reflow issues

      Description

      When increasing zoom to 400%, we can observe several problems with our UI.

      To meet reflow success criteria, we need to fix:

      • scroll through form in nuxeo-document-create-popup;
      • scroll in nuxeo-document-import;
      • overflow charts in analytics;
      • vocabularies table is impossible to get, since there's no scroll to get to it;
      • export dialog doesn't scroll.
