Fix More menu dropdown in document preview when scrolling

      Description

      Asset View - More menu dropdown does not stick with Asset View Menu when scrolling

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open any Asset
      2. Select the More ellipsis from Document Preview menu
      3. Observe dropdown
      4. Use right scroll to navigate to the bottom of the screen

      Actual result:
      Dropdown does not stick with the corresponding menu
      Expected result:
      The menu should stay anchored to the ellipses
