      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Log in as Admin user
      2. Navigate to the Administration drawer item
      3. Click on Cloud Services
      4. Click on the Add button in top right

      Expected Result:
      Title text of the nuxeo-dialog that opens should be "Add Provider Entry"

      Actual result:
      Title text of the nuxeo-dialog that opens is "Edit Provider Entry"
