Fix navigation after creating document from the import tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a Workspace
2. Click on + button
3. Under the "CREATE" tab, choose the File document type
4. Set a title
5. Now choose the "IMPORT" tab
6. Import at least 2 files and click on the Create button
7. Click on + button again
8. Observe that the Create layout for the previously document type you chose is displayed whereas we expect to see the panel to choose a document type

Expected behavior: the Creation navigation should be reset and the Create tab should display the list of document types
