Fix showing of Close button in Share Saved Search popup window

      Description

      When decreasing browser window height user is unable to see the Close button in the Share Saved Search popup window and scrolling is not possible.  Also when browser zoom is increased to 110% user is also not able to see Close button on popup.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a Saved Search (if one doesn't exist)
      2. Open Saved Search
      3. Click 3 dots next to Save As and choose Share
      4. Reduce browser size

      Expected Results:  User should still be able to see Close button possibly by scrolling down

      Actual Results: User is unable to see Close button
