nuxeo-directory-suggestion with multiple=true to indent all levels of vocabularies

As shown in the attached picture

• with a 3 levels hierarchical vocabulary defined in Studio
• when requesting multiple selections (multivalued metadata) with nuxeo-directory-suggestion

Then the display of the selections does not indent the intermediate levels of the vocabularies.

This issue does not happen for monovalued metadata.
Request is to have the same look and feel for multivalued properties than for monovalued ones
