Fix double scrollbars on listings in Web UI

Scroll Bars Not Adjusting When Window is Refreshed.

Steps To Reproduce:

• Start with a large or small window size.*. Load up a location with a large number of assets.
• Resize window to a larger or smaller size.

Results:
Scroll bars are not responsive to adjusted window size making for a confusing user experience.
People move windows around and expect responsive layouts these days.
