RTE isn't working in SAFARI

RTE isn't working using Safari, when we try to highlight a text and do an action the text cursor changes to the beginning of the note, then if you start to write then you see that now the action is selected.

How to reproduce:

• open webUI with the Safari browser
• create a html note and try to edit any text
• you aren't able and the RTE starts to have a. weird behaviour - adding paragraphs, etc > BUG

Note: This only happens in Safari
