Remove the document_picker page provider from Web UI 3.x

      Description

      The document_picker provider was added to Web UI temporarily, as a means for the image picker without requiring a new server release, containing the page provider. Once we release Web UI with a new version on the server, we must remove the document_picker page provider, as it will already come by default with the server (see WEBUI-314).
