Ensure even spacing around all the cards in `nuxeo-home`

The nuxeo-home element has a 16p spacing around the outside of the cards, and in between each one vertically, but a variable spacing between the cards. To clarify: not only is the gap too wide, it increases or decreases depending on the size of the window. This should be fixed to be consistent as it looks strange.
