Data table markup is missing for the tabular data

Description
Data table - General: The content visually appears to be a data table but is not marked up as one.

Elements name:

• Performed Action
• Date
• Username
• Category
• Comment
• State

Location of the elements: Tabular data, under the "History" tab, in the main content.

The problem that it causes: Screen reader users will not be able to understand the structure and relationship of the data.
