User gets "404 Not found" error when refreshing Retention management pages

An Administrator or Record Manager navigates to "Retention > Retention Search" or "Retention > Retention Event" pages in Web UI.
If the user refreshes browser after reaching one of these pages, he gets a "404 Not found" error.
After this, as shown in the video, the user can't navigate anywhere else unless he enters an address in the address bar to any other page in the Web UI.
