Refresh local permissions in User Profile

Steps to reproduce :

1. Log in as Administrator
2. Navigate to User Settings > Profile
3. Observe the list of documents under the Local Permissions card
4. Navigate to another document, for example Default Domain > Workspaces
5. Block the inherited permissions
6. Observe that a new permission is granted to Administrator in the "Permissions defined locally" card
7. Navigate back to User Settings > Profile
8. Observe that the new permission is not listed under the Local Permissions card

Expected behavior: the Local Permissions card must be refreshed to display the new permissions granted to the current user
