Fix the viewing of video files in Safari browser

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to https://ui-2023-test.beta.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/
• Navigate to a workspace
• Click on create button and select video.
• Add title and click on upload main file and select sample video file.
• Click on create button.

Expected result: The created video file is viewing properly with the storyboard and conversions.
Actual result: The created video file is not viewed/play.
