Do not populate the metadata of all imported documents with the metadata of the first doc in the Import form

Summary:
While importing multiple document, the properties from the first document are applied to all.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to any folder
2. drag and drop 2+ files to the folder
3. In the import dialog box, click on "Add Properties"
4. select the 1st file and add properties
5. click on 2nd file and observe the properties are already set with the values from the first doc

Expected behavior:

There should not be any properties set for the 2nd file.
