Show a default icon when none is configured for a doctype

      Description

      When configuring a document type in Studio, if you:

      • do not add a SVG icon (it's not required and we can't in case server is headless)
      • deploy your configuration in Web UI
        => you see a "broken image"

      People complain regularly about this, especially during onboarding. They expect a default icon to be shown.
