Add left padding with zeroes to Web UI RC version

      Description

      On connect, versions are sorted alphanumerically when it comes to the quantifier. This means that we need to add left padding with zeros to the pre-release component of the version in order to make sure that 010 > 009. This applies only to the version of the marketplace package.
