WDIO cli not working with NodeJs 18 after upgrading to latest versions

      Description

      Some WDIO libraries are not compatible with the NodeJS 18 version so those need to be upgraded and the code is broken due to this change.

      WDIO cli not working with NodeJs 18 after upgrading to latest versions of wdio, it requires changes in configuration of wdio & test.js to make it compatible with latest versions of wdio
