Disable shortcuts to print and download from pdf.js

      Description

      Although WEBUI-974 has removed the Download and Print buttons for audit reason, it is still possible to download and print from the preview :

      • click inside the preview and hit Ctrl+P => it will display the Print window for the preview (not for the web page)
      • click inside the preview and hit Ctrl+S => is will download the document from the preview

      Expected behavior: to be consistent with WEBUI-974, these shortcuts should be disabled
