Update catalog.yaml file (Node version)

      Description

      The catalog generator pipeline is failed and the catalog is not being generated. We also need to upgrade the version of NodeJs so it needs to upgrade from node10 to node14

      To resolve this issue need to update the catalog.yaml  file.
