Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to https://ui-test.beta.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/ui/#!/browse/
2. Go to Folder and create a file.
3. Click on upload attachment and add file.
4. Again click on upload attachment and add file.
5. Observe that error occurred when upload second attachment and upload attachment box disappear.
Expected: multiple attachments must be added without any error.
