Cannot scroll and remove column filters

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Navigate to a Folder.
      • upload some assets
      • Apply some pre-populated column filters like "Modified"
      • Notice user can't scroll to the applied filters to view or remove it

      Reproduced on https://nightly-2021.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/ui/#!/browse/Domain/workspaces/Filtertest
      Reducing the browser window size help to see the issue.
