Fix browser window title when config variable 'org.nuxeo.ecm.product.name' is empty

      Description

      When setting configuration variable org.nuxeo.ecm.product.name to an empty value

      org.nuxeo.ecm.product.name=

      the browser window title ends with " - ".

      The hyphen does not need to be appended if org.nuxeo.ecm.product.name is empty.

      Code could be improved here.
