Solution specific loading of resources in LiveConnect plugin

A client uses LiveConnect with Google Drive only. They notice that the JS for Box takes 3+ seconds to load. Client wants the ability to load only the resources that are Google Drive specific.

Plugin should have the ability to use configuration to enable/disable resources based on their needs.
