Fix history/audit table column alignment

When viewing the Audit page or the History page, the table alignment is not correct

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any folder or asset
2. Click History tab
3. Resize width of browser window
4. Check alignment of columns in case of bigger width of browser window

Expected Results: All columns are aligned properly
Actual Results: There is a misalignment between column header and data
