Fix preview for Office files on the Task view

      Description

      Pre-requisite: install Nuxeo with nuxeo-web-ui only (no other addon)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. create a File document with an attached .docx file
      2. observe that the document displays a nice preview with pdf.js
      3. choose the action "Start process" and start a "Parallel Document Review" workflow
      4. Click on the Process button
      5. Observe that the preview displayed on the right is a basic HTML conversion of the .docx file

      Expected result: the preview uses pdf.js
