ARender annotations without text are being counted as comments

In an instance with ARender installed, all annotations created seem to be currently counted as comments on the View tab, even when they have no text. This leads to the following issue:

Steps to reproduce:

• Having a document with no comments on View tab's Comments section, navigate to Annotations tab
• Add 11 annotations with no text to the document
• Navigate to View tab

Expected Outcome:

• There are no changes in Comments section, since the annotations have no text.

Actual Outcome:

• A message saying "View all 11 comments" is seen in Comments section. When user clicks it, no comments appear.
