Remove download button from the video viewer or make this download audited

As a manager / an admin, I can be assured that any download call in the UI triggers a download event. Currently, the default video viewer provides a download option that is transparent to the server.

Preferred solution:

The download button is removed from the default video viewer. Reason is many customers want a specific download permission, and these buttons bypass it.

OR

When using the default video viewer download button, a download audit event is sent to the server and it is stored as a "Download".
