      Description

      WEBUI-919 identified that webdriver.io was not compatible with NodeJS 18 yet.

      With V8, it is now:
      https://webdriver.io/blog/2022/12/01/webdriverio-v8-released
      https://github.com/webdriverio/webdriverio/releases

      => we need to upgrade our stack to NodeJS 18 for LTS 2023 in order to benefit from the long term support.
