Fix resources scanning in JSF setup

      Description

      When scanning the class-path, the manifests are wrongly scanned as meta-info directories. This makes the scanner selecting classes not located at the correct place.

      Problem is visible on Wildfly, as the scanning picks up XML file named ? (to be fillled)
