Provide a link to the playground in the web ui when addon is installed

When installing the API Playground as an addon, there is no indication that it can be accessed at http://server-url/nuxeo/playground

A link should be provided in the user interface, for instance next to the admin tab (probably along with a filter restricting the action to the administrators as well).
