Add support for cross origin basic auth and setting server url

By relying on cross origin request including basic authentication credentials users should be able to target servers without having to login again.
If it were also possible to pass a target server url as a request parameter then we could generate a quick access link for usage in the Nuxeo UI, Chrome extension, etc...
